Technical Working Groups

The Technical Working Groups (TWG) have the task of analysing the Spanish implementation of INSPIRE Data Specifications and Technical Guidelines and supporting the interoperability of the SDI of Spain.

In order to ensure the Directive is fulfilled, TWG propose guidelines, methodologies, classifications, nomenclatures, codes, and so on to the Executive Council (Consejo Directivo), who decides if they are suitable to send them to Geographic Superior Council (Consejo Superior geográfico) and follow the ordinary procedure of approval by the latter.
